virtual project managemntAfter we have agreed the strategy, development and delivery date of the project, we spend an hour teaching you the basics of satiworks virtual project management.satiworks’ consultants are regularly employed by bigger agencies to train their staff in effective project-management techniques – and we practice what we teach. We use the secure, password-protected virtual project management system ‘Basecamp’ for each of our projects. This simple project collaboration, management and task software ensures that assets are always in one place and communication is audited by threads of communication so you don’t have to hunt through your inbox looking for previous messages relating to the task in question. This is very useful if for example your own project manager is on holiday or becomes ill, as it allows their temporary replacement to get up to speed without having read an entire inbox. Milestones and to-do-lists are easily viewable for you to check on our progress and for keeping track of your own deliverables to ensure that the project launches on the date that has been set. In the case of press releases these can be uploaded to write boards for you to add and check changes as & where necessary. |
