MURDOCK opened its doors to a space dedicated to all about the man in the heart of Hoxton in Spring 2006. Now, with the launch of its online store, men from throughout UK will have access to a unique line of exclusive grooming and fashion products with just a click of a button.

Already a firm favourite with locals, proprietor Brendan Murdock is delighted to offer MURDOCK products such as Brave Soldier, Patyka, Mariage Frère and Schiesser many of which are available in-store and online for the first time in the UK. Says Brendan; “The MURDOCK philosophy is reflected in the unique interior design and the range of products, combining traditional and contemporary brands linked by a deep sense of their own history and purpose. The feed-back we have received so far – both on our traditional barber services as well as the product range – has been fantastic!”

Coinciding with the launch of the online store, MURDOCK has also added a product that remains one of the most luxurious grooming brands on the market; Farmacia di Santa Maria Novella. Established by the Dominican Fathers in the 13th Century is one of the oldest and undoubtedly finest pharmacies in the world with a range including deep, single-note colognes, shaving creams, body lotions and face balms.

MURDOCK is the only store in UK besides the Santa Maria Novella store in Walton Street to carry the products, and has developed a special and extravagantly luxurious full-service shaving experience using only products from the Farmacia. At £90 for the full service and £42.50 for a traditional wet shave it is admittedly a treat few of us can afford on a daily basis, but decidedly worthwhile for special occasions.
